Eileen Feldman has been a member of our community since 1980. She lives in Port Jefferson with her husband Warren and Winston her dog. Eileen and her husband Warren have raised their 2 boys here who have grown up and are following dreams of their own. . Her interests are varied she travels to exotic places all over the world, likes to garden, play tennis, and ski. When the summer rolls around she and her husband can be found floating throughout the Long Island waters on their boat.

Eileen has been an educator for 30 years and has worked as a Speech Pathologist in the Three Village Central School District. Her worked included helping young people improve their ability to communicate and reach their academic potential. Eileen is also involved in supporting our community by working as a Committee Chairperson for the Democratic Party for the town of Brookhaven.

Eileen is presently a member of the Board of Directors for the Port Jefferson and Northern Brookhaven Arts Council; she joined our board in October 2005.

She is also the Chairperson of the Membership Committee. Eileen is committed to helping artists flourish and share their talents with ours. She is also determined to help educate our children and enhance people’s lives by providing opportunities for them to participate with visual art, dance, poetry and music. This is the reason she has become a member of the Board of Directors.
