Joel Marchiano is CEO and a principal owner of C.Tech Collections, Inc., a collection agency specializing in asset recovery for hospitals, doctors and medical groups.

Prior to forming C.Tech, he was a Vice President of a major New York based bank.  He has thirty-five years of professional experience in collection management and technology development.  Mr. Marchiano has been a featured speaker at important collection industry conferences and symposiums, as well as a published author in the collections field.  He is considered a leader in collection administration and technology.

Joel is a graduate of City College at the City University of New York with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. 

Mr. Marchiano and his wife Lynne, a retired school teacher, reside at Harbor View Condominiums in the Village of Port Jefferson.  Their son and two grandchildren, residents of Syracuse, NY, are frequent visitors to this area.  Mr. Marchiano has been involved with the Dickens Ball and is a member of the Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce.
