With a twenty year career in the television industry, Paul brings ingenuity, creativity and professionalism to the Council.  Paul began his career in the entertainment industry in 1987 working at CBS Television in New York City.  In 1990 Paul moved into the theatrical stage lighting industry where he found his niche and launched a very successful career.

As the owner of Top Dog Spotlighting, LLC Paul provides services that include consultation and technical support for major theatrical lighting design firms, theatrical lighting companies, lighting manufacturers, and television directors and producers in the USA.  Paul has programmed and consulted on automated follow spot systems for his clients on television programs that include A&E Live by Request, the 2004 Democratic Debates on MSNBC, and 2004 Election Night with Peter Jennings on ABC Television.  Paul owns and operates the “Autopilot-2” automated system and is a nationally recognized expert on the system.

Paul enjoys creating and developing new programs for the Arts Council as that is part of his responsibilities as a Board member.  Two of the programs that Paul has created and developed are called “Field Trip” and “Something to Say”.  These programs target the 6-11 and 12-17 age groups.  Both programs are designed to entertain their respective age groups as well as educate and encourage kids to get involved in theater.
