DICKENS TROLLEY & PORT JEFF JITNEY SHUTTLE BUS
Take a trolley ride around historic Port Jefferson. Hearing the ring of the trolley bell and watching her pass reminds us of a Christmas in St. Louis! An integral part of our festival, the trolley helps transport visitors up and downtown with various stops along the route, while a shuttle bus transports visitors to overflow parking lots.

Santa and his Elves welcome all to visit Santa’s Workshop. Meander through the whimsical rooms in our historic Drowned Meadow House. Twinkling white lights, confection displays, and giant nutcrackers are just a few of the signature elements that bring the Magic of Christmas to life!

SANTA’S WORKSHOP
Featuring over 17 professionally decorated 6ft. trees on display at the Village Center through-out the month of December. Sponsor name will be prominently featured at this popular display. First come first serve!

A tented area devoted to artisans demonstrating 19th century crafts. A variety of blacksmithing, carpentry, weaving, glass making, paint mixing and masonry tradespeople will demonstrate authentic techniques and tools. This interactive Q&A forum encourages festival attendees to learn the evolution of tools from the Industrial Revolution to modern day.

Set outside you are bound to run into one of many theatrical groups engaging in Dickens’ skits captivating audiences. Benefits are:
business will be in the Times/Beacon/Record Dickens Festival Insert focusing on the street plays and featuring your business name, special “Newsies” will carry a poster indicating that a particular play is supported by your business to include name, address, phone, email and logo during the opening and closing parades, you will receive a sign indicating you are a Dickens Festival supporter to place in your business window, you will be featured in a highlighted video on our website, your business will be featured in the Official Dickens Festival Program. 10,000 given out over the two days!
AND we will send street characters to come sing at your business during the month of December at a mutually agreed upon time (must be within 3 miles of Port Jefferson Village)
